Rare Vintage Art Deco Daublays Beauty Powder Box Unopened 1930's 1940's Face Powder Australian Make-Up Cosmetics Vanity Storage

Rare beauty powder box, unopened. 1930's - 1940's. Diameter 4.75cms x height 1.25cms approximately. Pale blue cardboard with white crown decoration and a gold coloured letter "d" to the lid. The base is plain, an outline of a label remains. Daublays also made toilet soap of which there are some records in archives, however little is known about their powder range. The beauty powder box is in good vintage condition. Although unused, there is some light wear to the rim, resulting in loss of blue colour here and there.

Decoration is largely intact and displays rather nicely. This item is made of cardboard and powder.
