I believe this cold painted, red/yellow/orange (amberina) version was made in 1970's. Isn't it a beauty it is especially pretty, with light shining through it. This combination powder and lipstick box is in nice vintage condition. There are no cracks, repairs or hard water stains.
I did notice a few flea bites (very small chips) on the top rim of the dish. No chips seen on the lid. This beauty had been used and loved before, so it is not new. There is some wear seen of the amberina (red/yellow/orange) colored paint. Please see photos for condition of paint. This box is not perfect, as it is vintage. But it is perfect, if you are looking for a vintage collectible powder box. The dish measures approximately 5 1/4 inches tall from the bottom of the dish to the tip of the swan on the lid. It measures 4 1/2 inches in diameter. It weighs 1 pound and 3 ounces, without packaging. This glass container can be used to hold just about anything you wish, from candy to jewelry.
The paint was applied to the outside of the glass, so it is best to only dust with a dry cloth (to avoid color loss). This box would make a very nice vintage collectible glass gift for just about any occasion, wouldn't it you bet it would. Please ask, if you have any questions.
