Vintage Lador Musical Powder Box with Flowers to Lid 1950's Swiss Musical Movement Tonight West Side Story Unused See Condition Report

Important information for us customers. If you do not provide a contact telephone number i cannot process your order and it will have to be cancelled. A vintage gold tone musical powder box/bowl dating from the 1950's. With a light gold tone ridged base on three little feet.

The lid is pale green enamel with pretty flower bouquet to the top. Open the box to reveal an unused plastic lined powder bowl and mirror with original label. The label states "lador, swiss musical movement, tonight, 2666".

The lid has a round mirror with the rim marked "made in great britain". Wind the key on the bottom of the box and when you lift the lid it plays "tonight" from the 1957 musical west side story (later a film in 1961). The box measures approx 3" diameter x 2" (at widest points). The box is in excellent unused vintage condition with the mirror having just four small black spots under the label - please see all photos. I will then work out the best option and contact you.
