Vintage Metal Face Powder Box for Vanity with Painted Cameo

This piece has beautiful painted cameo scene with a woman and a man sitting out in the countryside. It has a gold wooden base with gold wooden circular feet. It does have a music box contained inside which winds up and plays some musical notes but not enough to be an identifiable song. Metal has not been polished since owning. Measurements: 5 inches diameter, 3.5 inches height, 3.25 inches diameter for powder puff.
