Vintage ormolu filigree gold tone brass tone footed vanity powder puff holder with gorgeous hand painted asian scene on celluloid and celluloid insert. Ormolu gilt box with embossed flourish, leaf & stylized floral design. Celluloid lid decorated with an oriental scene of a geisha seated in a rickshaw with a traditional gent leading. Gilt clouds, ferns & grasses. Measures approx 4 3/4 in diameter and 2 inches tall. In great condition for age, mirror in excellent condition. This item is made of celluloid and metal.
