Pears' precipitated fuller's earth. A & f pears' limited. The label describes the contents as a'necessary adjunct to the nursey and the toilet as a dusting powder. Sealed with wax type paper. Late victorian into edwardian period.

Considering age, the item is in good vintage condition. There are marks to lid and edges, small paper lift to rim on one edge, and some light wear to graphics. Despite this it displays well and is quite a rare powder box. This item is made of cardboard and wax type paper, powder.
