DIVINE Porcelain powder box with lid made by Johann Seltmann 1911-1932

This divine powder dish and lid features the most lovely pink roses with a blue rim detail. The maker's mark shows this beauty was manufactured between 1911-1932 by the johann seltmann company in vohentraub, germany. It would make a gorgeous jewelry box or addition to a antique vanity collection.

The box measures approximately 4 3/4 inches wide. It stands approximately 2 1/2 inches tall with the lid on; ths base measures approximately 1 1/4 inches tall without the lid. The piece is in lovely vintage condition with no noticable cracks. It has one significant mark on the top of the box that didn't come off with a gentle wash.

There is an area of roughness at the underside of the rim as shown in the last photo. All items in our shop are vintage and have been used. Please feel free to ask questions or request additional pictures.
