1920s Flapper Face Powder Box , Silk Covered Cardboard and Possibly Hand Painted, Almost Excellent Condition , Budoir

A fantastic flapper era powder box. It's cardboard covered with silk and possibly hand pained, adorned with the softest white feathers, like down. The bottom of the lid has a powder puff attached to it. The box is 3 3/4" across and 3/4" high.

It comes in its own plain box, which perhaps is original. Condition: almost perfect, except that the powder puff, closeup photo 5, shows pink and orange discoloration. Interestingly, the inside of the box does look like any powder was ever put into it. This item is made of cardboard, silk and feather.
