A vintage powder puff the handle is hand painted and the end is of a flapper style woman with a floral top. Comes in an original box with a small card that has a nod to victorian style illustration and a marketing poem reads. A welcome aid to daintiness is patience powder patt.

To dark or fair she'll give due care one may be sure of that.
