This very stylish 1930s art deco free standing dressing table powder bowl is made from chromed metal with a red, cream and silver coloured geometric enamelled design. It stands on three ball feet. There is an inset mirror in the lid of the bowl and it looks to have never been used as it has its original layer of tissue paper to the inside powder well, a cotton velvet powder puff with a ribbon and its mesh'guard' for the powder. It measures just over 6" inches by just under 2" inches wide when closed, when the lid is open the overall height is 7 inches. The condition is very good overall for its age, there is some minor surface wear to the ball feet and some minor surface wear to the enamel on the lid around the centre and one tiny chip to the red enamel on one side. Please see all the photos and zoom in for details.
