Antique 1920's Shari Langlois New York Powder Box Silk Powder Box Cherry Blossom Butterflies Vanity Storage

Beautifully decorated powder box, shari langlois new york. Original silk top and sides with plain dark gold coloured card base.

Cherry blossom and butterflies adorn the lid, whilst the sides have exotic birds on cherry blossom branches. Diameter 7cms or 2 3/4. Height 4cms or 1 1/2. The powder box is in good antique condition with light age-related wear.

The lid has darkened over the years with some loss of colour to the card edge. A couple of feint marks. The side decoration is quite bright and intact. A lovely item to display as part of a collection. This item is made of card and silk.
