Antique Art Deco Style Amber Glass Powder or Trinket Jar with Celluloid Lid 1920's

This antique art deco style powder or trinket jar measures approximately 5" in diameter x 2" tall. The jar is amber colored and the celluloid lid is a pearlized cream color. This type of jar often adorned the vanities of ladies in the 1920's. The amber jar is in good condition - no chips or cracks. The lid is also in good condition with slight age related wear (see photos). This pearlized look was often referred to as acwalite "french ivory".
