This is an antique powder bowl with a lemon guilloche enamel silver collar and knob. Hallmarked in birmingham in 1924 and made by albert carter of frederick street. The lid is bakelite and the base cut glass. It has silk topped powder puff. Generally good condition just a little edge discolouration to the knob.
