Art Deco Sitzendorf Pierrot with Mandolin Dressing Table Powder Trinket box Hand Painted 1930s

Art deco ceramic powder jar trinket box. Made in germany by sitzendorf. Hand painted pierrot holding his mandolin. Pink, purple & yellow hues and painted face. The pot decorated with roses on a drip glaze style ground.

Marked foreign with feint crown & s impressed mark to the base. Has a small graze/nick to his nose and this is reflected in the price. Age related glaze crazing and some minor paint wear.
