Blackinton Lions Sterling Silver Glass Dresser Powder Jar Art Nouveau Antique

This is a large blackinton art nouveau period sterling silver top dresser powder jar with beautiful heavy cut glass bottom. There is an unusual pair of lions on the top surrounding a cartouche with gothic r monogram. There is light gold plating on the inside of the lid. Marked sterling blackinton logo 1208 pat.

1904 on side of lid. Lid weighs 53.4 grams. Jar is about 4.4 inches in diameter, 3 inches high.

There are a few tiny pinpricks around the silver top and a few minor fleabites on the glass. This item is made of glass and sterling silver.
