Fostoria Glass Powder or Cosmetic Jar with Scent Bottle Lid Green and Gold Accents

Charming antique fostoria glass powder jar with perfume bottle lid. It is made of clear glass with applied green and gold accents. The perfume bottle lid has a glass stopper that is stuck, and i don't want to break it trying to get it out. There is residue inside the bottle section that needs cleaned out. Hopefully, you have a technique to get the stopper to release from the bottle. This treasure measures 5.75" tall by 4.5" wide. There are no chips or cracks found.
