GORGEOUS Weimar porcelain powder box with lid with handpainted forget-me-not flowers, 1848-1933

This gorgeous porcelain powder box features the most beautiful handpainted decorations of blue forget-me-not flowers and an ornate scrolling blue tones on the tim of both bowl and lid. The weimar marking on the bottom of the bowl indicates this stunner was made between 1848-1933. It would make a gorgeous jewelry dish or keep cherished trinkets from a loved one inside. The bowl measures approximately 4 inches wide and stands approximately 3 inches tall. This piece is in truly lovely condition for its age. There is some chipping around the base of the piece as shown in the last photo. All items in our shop are vintage and have been used.
