Hollywood Regency Ormolu Guilloche Style Vanity Container with Glass Insert

An ornate 3 piece hollywood regency ormolu guilloche style vanity canister powder and or trinket chest. The piece consists of the bottom basket, an interior glass dish and a decorated guilloche enamel top with rose medallion, the whole set measures 4 1/2' x 2 1/2" and the interior glass dish measures 4 3/8" x 1 3/4. The gold bottom basket has a band with 3 round gold feet and a hollow center, the sides have a beautiful gold open fretwork with a thin band at the bottom and another at the top, each with a design.

The interior glass dish has a cut glass starburst on the bottom and clear glass sides, the cover has a band with arrow lines, on top is a thin band of gold and then another band of individual flowers encircling the top green guilloche enamel center piece, in the middle is a pretty white guilloche enamel circle with gold around it and a pink rose painted in the center. The trinket chest is in very good condition, no bent areas, the glass is not chipped or cracked, the only area of concern is on the top band there is a little discoloration, as shown in the last photo.
