Mother Elephant with Babies Powder Jar, L.E. Smith

A mother elephant with a baby on either side forms the finial for this 6 diameter pink satin depression glass powder jar. It is 6 high to the top of the trunk. All of the elephants have their trunks raised, signifying protection, resilience and stability. The inside of the base lip is rough in a couple of areas with tiny almost imperceptible chips, but the jar is otherwise in good condition without defects.
