Beautiful rare antique powder box by vinolia. Blue & white decorated cardboard box with lift off lid. The lid decoration is a flaxman wedgwood neo classical design. The inside of the lid has the product name and tints available. Special note is made of the improved puff and sifting device within the box.
The puff is triangle shaped and has a fabric handle. This fits into the die cut inner lid which stores the powder and sifter. Diameter 7cms or 2 3/4. Height 2.5cms or 1.
The box is in good antique condition with some light wear and feint marks in places. The box has been used and does contain remnants of powder.The puff is in used condition and there are some feint pink powder marks to it. This item is made of cardboard, puff and sifter.
