Rare French Powder Box Poudre Siamoise JEAN de PARYS 1920s

Beautifully designed box with embossed relief cameo design of siamese twins separated by day and night. Midnight blue and turquoise on a white background with a gold rim. The shade would have been mauresque'. This empty card box is in good condition.

There is a pencil marking maure' on the top and this is reflected in the price. It measures 7cm x 3.5 cm. A wonderful piece of 2920s glamour.
