Rare Vintage 1930's Pompeian Beauty Powder Box Face Powder Make-Up Cosmetics Vanity Storage

Rare pompeian beauty powder box. Beautifully decorated lid with label about product to base. This type of decoration complimented the design of the pompeian powder compact and is important as in early 1935 the decoration to the pompeian range changed to very pronounced roman columns with new style lettering, and the colours included red, black and gold.

This was in contrast to early products. Diameter 8cms x height 4cms. The beauty powder box is in remarkable condition. Minimal wear to decorated lid and the base has a couple of feint marks.

The powder box is empty. This item is made of cardboard.
