Beautifully decorated powder box, poudre lady hamilton. The lid is decorated with a lady wearing a hat and blue dress against a yellow background.

The base is written in french and roughly translated reads. Lady hamilton powder, sought after for its finesse, exists in all shades.

Pleasantly scented, softens the skin and spreads evenly leaving it flat. Art deco, 1920's - 1930's. Diameter 9cms or 3 1/2. Height 4cms or 1 1/2. The powder box is in good vintage condition ad displays very well.

There is some light wear in places but nothing major. No powder remains, just a feint scent. This item is made of cardboard.
