Marked with a crown "royal vienna 11" and an "x" the lid also has an "x" on the underside. I read that this mark was of world renowned original austrian maker royal vienna (the one true imperial company of europe), one of the original hard-paste european innovators back in the 18th century. It measures 4 1/2 at its widest point.
Great addition to your porcelain collection. Use as a trinket dish or powder jar on your vanity. Would look great sitting on a fancy dresser tray with perfumes and such. Shows some wear around top edge where gold may be worn.
