Talcum Powder Tin Sweet Pea Flowers Art Deco Design Vintage c.1930s Bathroom Vanity Boudoir Decor

This charming vintage talcum powder tin dates from the 1930's. It once held sweet pea talcum powder. The ground colour is off white and it's printed with realistic sweet peas in shades of purple, and deep pink with green leaves. The bottom edge is accented with fan shaped art deco designs in shades of pink. Printed on one side at the bottom lander distributor fifth avenue new york net wt. This is a tall, slim tin.

The lid is dark metal and is not removable. This tin measures 6 7/16" tall including the lid and 1 5/8" on each side.

The condition is quite good with age appropriate wear including some discolouration on the lid, very light wear on one corner of the top. A small touch of rust on one corner edge. It has been gently wiped clean with a damp cloth. The colours are bright and unfaded.
