Ultima pearlescent dusting powder container. Silver band around the middle and sliver designed top. Tortoise shell container top and bottom, measure 7 1/2x3 1/4. Came with a vintage jean nate puff, from that time period, plastic divider as well. In excellent condition, very nice piece.
