Vintage 1950s Powder Box, Evyan Pink White Shoulders Powder Box, Art Nouveau Style Relief, Unique Vintage Boudoir Bath Accessory Gift

This is a beautiful vintage coral pink evyan powder box from the 1950s. Originally this box would have contained white shoulders scented powder.

A gorgeous art nouveau feel relief graces the top of this wonderful box: a woman sleeping in a hammock is surrounded by swirls, ribbons and roses. At the top center is a heart with a fancy script e and a crown - the logo for evyan.

The front panel of the box says evyan in gold script with a gold crown. The lovely lid screws on and off to reveal the inside of the box where a puff and powder would have been. They are no longer in this vintage box.

In very good vintage condition, there are a few slight dark spots which i can see and some scratches to the surface and back side of the box. None of these distract from the beauty of this wonderful piece. Measuring 4 " x 4 " square and 2 1/4 deep.

What a fabulous box for any bath, boudoir or vanity or to add to any box collection. A pretty place to stash some belongings. A great box to use as a gift box to hold something else and give as a gift. So many possibilities for the fantastic find.
