Vintage antique down powder puff and jar FandB monogrammed

Vintage / antique - down powder puff and jar - f&b - both have sterling tops. I think the jar bottom might be glass - but - it is a very "thin" glass - it was so thin that i thought it was plastic - but it "sounds" like glass - do i can't be postive. Both the jar lid and the puff "knob" are marked as shown in photos. The puff is old so it is fragile - look at photo with some down trying to "fly off". I did not polish the sterling silver and the sterling has age patina.

The jar lid is monogrammed. The jar has a small fracture inside on the bottom.
