Vintage German Half Doll Figural Powder Box Dresser Jar Art Deco Blue

This vintage dresser jar, also known as a half doll powder box is made from porcelain and signed germany on the bottom. The jar is a full figure of a woman. The bottom is her skirt and legs where the top is the top of her dress and head. Art deco in style and made from hand painted porcelain.

She is wearing a blue dress with a rose decoration. The covered jar measures 8.25 tall, the widest point of her skirt is 3.75 across and the diameter of the base is 3.0. There is a flat area on the back of one hand.

I believe it was in the making because it is glossed over like the rest of the jar. This item is made of porcelain and hand painted decoration.
