Vintage Gold Footed Powder Box with Mirror Lid Musical AS IS

Lovely little vintage musical footed powder box in ornate gold metal with a mirrored lid and a knob on the bottom that winds the music box. As is - note that the music box feature is not playing consistently, and seems that the mechanism is running slowly. The round box has a curved interior for a delicate powder puff, but can also be used as a small jewelry box or trinket box on your vanity table.

Would make a beautiful addition to your romantic boudoir or bath. Condition: as is - this is a used vintage item. It shows signs of aging, use and wear. The mirrored lid shows some clouding and silvering with some slight nicks around the edges - please see photos.

The knob on the lid is tarnished. Please note that the music box feature is not playing consistently, and seems that the mechanism is running slowly. Measurements: 4 1/4" in diameter x 2 3/4" tall (not including knob) note: the box is quite heavy for its size weighing approx 1 lb 9 oz without packaging.
