The turquoise glass is nicely sculpted, it's both vibrant and heavily decorated with traditional accents. Throughout the jar, you'll enjoy hand painted motifs as well as a transferred romance scene upon the front of the lid. The lid fits upon top as it should. The underside of the jar is marked italy. This glass jar is in overall good condition without any cracks or chips shown. Mild surface scratches and blemishes to the painted motifs can be seen from age.
