Vintage Jovan Mink and Pearls Powder Box

Such a lovely mid century powder box. From jovan, mink and pearls was a brand popular in the 1960s. This box has a plastic dome lidded powder container with an ornate, ormolu surround. The ormolu holder is a beautifully, ornate floral pattern.

The box would be such a beautiful container for powder, or can be used for trinkets or other storage in the bed and bath. The lid is a bit yellowed due to age, and there is a small crack on one side as shown in the photos. It measures 4.5 tall and across.

This is a hard to find box and such a great, vintage accent piece.
