Vintage, metal, 3 footed, musical powder box with mirror inside the lid

This vintage, musical powder box has seen years of love it stands proudly on three feet and displays an applied metal flower in the center of the metal lid. It holds a surprise inside -- a mirror under the lid it also plays a lovely tune when the key is wound and the lid removed. It doesn't reveal the maker, but i know they would be proud that their work has survived and remains beautiful all these years later. As with most vintage and loved items, there are some changes since the day it was made. The finish is worn and discolored (see all pics). The wooden bottom does have a split that runs from the key to the edge; this doesn't affect the function or structure of the box. The mirror is in good condition -- no cracks, chips, fog or discoloration. The key winds easily and the music box plays well. I'm not sure if the finish could be cleaned and restored; i leave that up to the new owner, as some like the patina and others would rather have a clean and new look. This is a beautiful box that deserves to be displayed.

Tracking has been sporadic, with packages not getting scanned at hubs or even scanned when delivered. If i don't hear from you, i will assume the package arrived, even if the tracking doesn't reflect delivered. I want your treasures to arrive safely. Please look at all pictures carefully, as they are part of the description. These items have been either well-loved or neglected in their former lives, and they do have some flaws.
