Vintage Musical Metal Powder Puff Box 1940s Victorian Vanity Box

This vintage musical powder puff box measures 3" tall x 5 1/2" in diameter at the base and 4 in diameter at the top. It is in nice condition but does have some wear on the body (please review all pictures). The music box works, i do not know what song it plays though. This pretty little box used to hold a lady's powder puff. The top has a ceramic insert with a victorian lady holding a fan and a man courting her with his flute.

There is a little wire that sticks up when you remove the lid that lets the music play. When you put the lid back on, it presses down on the wire and stops the music. It has three adorable wooden art deco gold feet. It would be perfect for holding a special piece of jewelry or a dried rose from that special someone.
